I am a best-selling author, inspirational Catholic speaker, Traditional Naturopath, and retreat leader with a passion for helping individuals experience transformation in body, heart, and soul through natural medicine, forgiveness, and the mystical beauty that lives in the Catholic Church.
Her academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, a Doctor of Naturopathy, and a Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Meinrad, where she did her master thesis on the thought of Julian of Norwich.
